How we rate supplements
Last updated October 3, 2026
Every comparison on this site follows the same process: we read the current label and product page for each product, record the facts that matter for that category, and score every product on the same criteria. We publish the label details, prices and sources we used so you can check our work.
What we check
- Label and dose. How much of each active ingredient is in a serving, and whether amounts are listed individually or hidden inside a blend total.
- Daily routine. Serving size and format: capsules, chews, gummies or powders, and how many you take each day.
- Real cost. The price for a 30-day supply at one-time and multi-pack pricing, not just a first-order promotion.
- Quality signals. Published third-party testing, certifications, manufacturing standards and certificates of analysis.
- Customer experience. Published ratings, guarantees and return terms.
How scores work
Each comparison page lists its own criteria and weights, because what matters for colostrum (dose, IgG and sourcing) is different from what matters for a fruit and vegetable capsule (label clarity and routine). The weights are shown on the page before you see the scores. Scores reflect published information on the date shown on each page.
What we don't do
- We do not laboratory-test products ourselves.
- We do not make disease claims or recommend supplements as treatment for any condition.
- We do not accept payment from brands to change a score.
